We are Planta, a juice bar born from the desire to return to the essential, to what truly makes us feel good.
Planta Organic Juice Bar is founded by Ximena Sofia Bravo a long-time Montclair resident and her brother Francisco. The juice bar reflects its founder’s commitment to organic, traceable and transparent sourcing. Sofia envisions a locally rooted space that blends wellness and community.
Sofia grew up in Ecuador immersed in a culture where fresh fruit and vegetables were part of everyday life, they were purchased directly from local farmers and served daily at the family table. Those memories inspired her mission to bring that same vibrant energy into Montclair’s healthy food scene. Sofia earned her degree in business administration from Montclair State University and has been living in Montclair for more than 15 years. 🌿
